We call for Obama's resignation!

Here we are, May, 2010 - a volcano in Iceland is spewing ash into the atmosphere that is more than 1,000 miles wide, reaching as high as 30,000 feet, and causing havoc at airports all over Europe. The discussion is more about flight schedules than the ecological consequences.

The debate over a health care reform bill has subsided on several levels; we, the Tea Party Movement explained all along that Obama and his liberal-government-knows-best minions, Pelosi and Reid, would ram the thing thru Congress, and people would give up much of the rhetoric and begin to debate the actual facts. That debate continues as the facts keep presenting themselves - for instance, the fact that this bill will cost upwards of $350 Billion more than was stated in the beginning by protagonists. But I regress. This is not the reason for my soap-box sermon today.

There are so many reasons why Barack Obama should resign it's not funny. He has systematically begun to dismantle our national defense; he has asserted policies that make us more vulnerable to attack than ever before; signing documents that in essence tell our enemies that we will not use the forces we have at our disposal to defend ourselves. It is like coming to a duel and telling the opponet, 'go ahead and kill me, I won't do anything but keep talking till I can't.'

Hey, I'm all for peace - who in their right mind isn't? But you don't stand up to a bully with words; you must stand ready, with determination and action! Obama is a do-nothing, rhetoric-spewing politician who is so out of touch with the real world that he thinks he can continue to BS the public indefinitely. The fact is, he is not fooling anyone but himself, his wife, and kids.

We call for his resignation for the good of the country! He has no support; no confidence, he is basically a 'lame-duck' president.....
